Based on UK policy regarding the Data Protection Act (1995), it has been necessary to oversee the data streams for our clients hosting websites and storing data from aforesaid sites on servers outside of the UK.
After cooperation with the Information Commissioners Office (UK), it has been justified that website and data store provided by 21st Webb is in compliance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act (1998).
