Transferring a non-UK domain to 21st Webb

Before transferring a non-UK domain (.com .eu .info .net .org) you will need to unlock the domain for transfer with your current registrar. This can often be done in the “Transfer” section of your account with that registrar.

Once the domain is unlocked, you will need to generate / copy the Authorisation Code from the same “Transfer” section of your account with that registrar.

To transfer a non-UK domain name to us, please login to your client area at www.21stwebb.co.uk/billing/clientarea.php and select "Domains", followed by “Transfer Domains to Us”

Enter the domain name you would like to transfer to us. The second box is for EPP / Auth Codes; here you need to input the Authorisation Code you generated / copied earlier from your previous registrar.

Non-UK domains may take up to a week to transfer, depending on how fast your old registrar is to process the request. The domains settings with your old registrar will usually remain in effect until the transfer has completed processing.
