Here at 21st Webb we are always looking to improve and provide our clients the best service possible. That’s why we have been working hard over the last few months to put together an extensive library of simple, illustrated and easy-to-follow articles in our knowledgebase.
We have worked hard to develop an extensive list of articles, detailing how best to make the most out of your services with us; as well as tackling some of the more common questions we get in support requests. So next time you want to know how to redirect your domain, setup mail filters; or are just unsure of where to find something in your client area or cPanel account – you will be sure to find it in our knowledgebase.
What’s more; when submitting a support ticket, our system will automatically recommend articles from the knowledgebase – providing you with immediate assistance, 24/7.
We will be continually adding to and improving our knowledgebase, so be sure to watch this space for more information on our major documentation releases.
Following customer demand, we are pleased to announce the availability of Photography-themed domain extensions / top level domains (TLD’s).
Visit our services section to register your photography themed domain name, with options such as .photo, .photography and more.
Alternatively, if you would be interested in other domain extensions that we do not currently offer – get in touch and we would be happy to make them available for you!
With today’s implementation of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Google’s proposed ‘down-ranking’ of unencrypted websites from July this year – we are now offering all our existing clients, and any new clients free 256-bit SSL Certificates on all packages. With thanks to Lets Encrypt, all clients will now be able to access the Auto SSL service from their cPanel account; and encrypt all domains on their account.
We will be writing help guides for our clients on how best to implement this security – which will be published in our Knowledge Base in the next coming month.
