Here at 21st Webb we are always looking to improve and provide our clients the best service possible. That’s why we have been working hard over the last few months to put together an extensive library of simple, illustrated and easy-to-follow articles in our knowledgebase.
We have worked hard to develop an extensive list of articles, detailing how best to make the most out of your services with us; as well as tackling some of the more common questions we get in support requests. So next time you want to know how to redirect your domain, setup mail filters; or are just unsure of where to find something in your client area or cPanel account – you will be sure to find it in our knowledgebase.
What’s more; when submitting a support ticket, our system will automatically recommend articles from the knowledgebase – providing you with immediate assistance, 24/7.
We will be continually adding to and improving our knowledgebase, so be sure to watch this space for more information on our major documentation releases.
Following customer demand, we are pleased to announce the availability of Photography-themed domain extensions / top level domains (TLD’s).

We would like to welcome Gallowglass Security on board as another one of our clients.
With the growing trend in Web Applications over static websites, we have delivered our first custom-built database driven web application to Gallowglass Security this month. This custom built system is designed to streamline their current data collation system, aggregating reports from various members across the region into concise and accurate reports to then be delivered to end clients.
This system has also been developed to allow client-access to existing reports, making the delivery process even more efficient.
We look forward to continued work with Gallowglass Security, and any future web-application projects in the future.

21st Webb are thrilled to announce our support for the Chester Ethical Hackers – a University of Chester society.
Always looking for new ways to improve our services, as well as maintain a secure and reliable level of service for all our clients – the Chester Ethical Hackers really plays into one of the biggest issues we are focusing on today… Cybersecurity.
You may have seen our previous announcements about our free 256bit SSL Encryption on all packages for all clients, as well as the availability of 2-factor authentication on all client accounts and application dashboards. Cybersecurity is one of the biggest issues facing individuals and companies of all sizes today. While we are constantly working to ensure the security of our services is at its best; we are also supporting a brand new society at the University of Chester, one which aims to increase the awareness of cyber threats to any and all students at the university, but also develop their cyber skill-set both individually and as a group to help tackle some of the issues we all face today.
The society is a not-for-profit group, under the (charity) Chester Students Union, and is always looking for support from industry, with anything from equipment, materials or monetary support towards events and conferences throughout the year. Be sure to check out this up and coming society, and offer your support today!
